Refund Policy

7-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with TenderAI within the first 7 days of your paid subscription, we will issue a full refund — no questions asked. Email us at billing@tenderai.com within 7 days of your first payment.
1. Free Plan
TenderAI offers one free AI tender pack to all new users, with no payment required. This allows you to experience the full quality of the platform before committing to a paid subscription.
2. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee
New paid subscribers are eligible for a full refund if the request is made within 7 calendar days of the initial subscription payment.
To be eligible:
- You must be a first-time paid subscriber (the guarantee applies once per account)
- Your refund request must be submitted within 7 days of your first payment date
- Refund requests submitted after 7 days will not be approved under this guarantee
Refunds are processed in full, including any taxes collected. Refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your card issuer.
3. No Refunds After 7 Days
After the 7-day guarantee window has passed, subscription payments are non-refundable. This applies to:
- Monthly subscription renewals
- Annual subscription payments
- Partial months — if you cancel mid-cycle, you retain access until the end of your current billing period, but no partial refund is issued for unused days
We encourage you to use the free pack and review the platform fully before subscribing, and to cancel before your next renewal date if you no longer wish to continue.
4. Exceptional Circumstances
We review refund requests outside the 7-day window on a case-by-case basis in the following circumstances:
- Significant, unresolved technical issues that prevented you from using the service
- Billing errors (duplicate charges, incorrect amount billed)
- Charges made after a confirmed cancellation
These requests are evaluated at our sole discretion. Please contact billing@tenderai.com with full details of the issue and relevant transaction information.
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email us at billing@tenderai.com with the following information:
- The email address associated with your TenderAI account
- The date of your subscription payment
- The plan you subscribed to (Starter, Professional, or Agency)
- A brief reason for your request (optional but helpful)
We aim to acknowledge all refund requests within 1 business day and process approved refunds within 3 business days.
6. Subscription Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops your subscription from renewing at the next billing date. It does not trigger a refund for the current period.
After cancellation:
- You retain full access to your subscription plan until the end of your current billing period
- At the end of the period, your account reverts to the free plan (1 total pack, already used)
- Your saved tender packs remain accessible in your account
To cancel, email billing@tenderai.com or manage your subscription through the billing portal linked in your account dashboard.
7. Enterprise and Annual Plans
Enterprise plans and annual subscriptions are negotiated individually. Refund terms for these plans are specified in the respective service agreement or invoice. If no specific terms are agreed, the 7-day guarantee applies to the first payment only.
Annual subscriptions cancelled after the 7-day window are not eligible for a pro-rated refund of unused months, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
8. Payment Processing
All payments are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Refunds are initiated by TenderAI and processed by Paddle back to your original payment method. We have no ability to issue refunds to a different payment method than the one used for the original purchase.
